After reading lots and lots of food blogs I decided it was time to make my own. I’ve been fascinated with healthy living/weight loss blogs for some months. I’ve definitely learned a lot from these blogs and made some changes in terms of my eating and exercise habits. I’ve managed to lose almost 60 pounds. I haven’t reached my goal weight yet, but I’m getting there. I also want to continue improving my overall health, as well as make an effort to learn how to cook. I think it’s an important part of healthy eating, making your own food and experiment as much as possible.
